Meet Your Coach...

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA  but now call Florida my home. 

I'm a wife, mother, plant collector, cat lover, and urban homesteader. I love a good meal, meeting good people, and having good conversations.

My coaching journey began in 2007 as a relationship coach. I pursued a career where I entered the corporate world advancing from entry level customer service to a director role. Understanding and implementing mindfulness practices into my own life to help navigate the demands of a corporate career in leadership and the stresses of parenting special needs children. After completing Mindfulness Coaching and Life Coaching certifications, I have continued on to receive additional training and mentorship in Holistic Life Coaching and I am currently pursuing certification through the International Coaching Federation.
